2. MANDATORY: Agentic AI Operations & Liability Consent

I UNDERSTAND THAT:

Shteg.ai agents perform autonomous calculations based on 2026 CMS Schema 2.0 and national datasets.
While grounded in Google Antigravity, AI-generated outputs (including Negotiation Packages) require a Human-in-the-Loop review.
The Subscriber maintains final legal and clinical responsibility for all documents submitted to Payers and Federal Agencies.
Shteg.ai is not liable for financial outcomes resulting from unverified AI actions.

I ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT to the use of autonomous AI agents ("Agentic AI") for the processing of practice data, credentialing verification, and payer rate analysis.

3. Acceptance of Terms

I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Business Associate Agreement (BAA). I agree to pay applicable fees for my selected service tier.
